FREE ONLINE SOFTWARE FOR MORE ENGAGING PRESENTATIONS
LOOM
LOOM | VIDEO MESSAGING FOR WORK
Loom is a super cool software platform that allows you to create presentations that are essentially hybrids of videos & slideshow presentations. They, like, many of the platforms on this list, have a free version, as well as upgraded paid subscriptions. I would highly encourage you to inquire as to whether your organization would pay for a subscription. It’s certainly worth it. However, if you are just using the free version, that works great as well! I recommend you start with the free version regardless to ensure it is platform you see yourself using consistently before going with the paid prescription. Loom is definitely a platform you should check out!

What most don’t know about Canva is the fact that you can make great slideshow presentations with Canva. They have plenty of templates that can you use, or you can create your own design from scratch. You can easily upload your own photos, or use the many free photos Canva provides on their platform. There is a free version and a paid prescription. Once you’re done with your design, you can easily share it with others or download it to your device.

Prezi is a software that allows you to create presentations (similar to a slideshow, but with cooler transitions between slides). There is a free Basic version and then paid subscription. This software is user friendly and also allows you to create a URL for easy sharing. Prezi offers software for making videos as well. This is a great platform to spice up your presentations to make them more engaging. We highly recommend Prezi. The basic version is just fine, but if you can spare and want to access the upgraded software, then it is a good investment if you want to provide your above-average slideshow presentation. Check it out!

PAID SUBSCRIPTION PRESENTATION SOFTWARE
DOODLY
This software allows you to create Whiteboard-like animated videos. Doodly is a very user-friendly software and all the reviews out there agree that this is legit. This software does come at a cost, however. There are monthly fees associated with access to this program. There are mixed reviews regarding whether the software is worth the current price. Some say it is worth the price. However, there are concerns regarding the one-time fee deal that pops up every once in a while. If money is not a factor for you, this is your program. However, for the rest of us, do your research and make your own decision regarding whether you want to put up the funds for this program. The same company, Bryxen, also has Toonly, which is the cartoon version.
